Jena is the carbon gravel bike designed to give you the greatest freedom of choice in your outings. Whether it's pure performance on white roads and single track or adventure, exploration and bikepacking, Jena is designed to meet your every need.
Jena is a lightweight, responsive, maneuverable bike with racing-comfort geometries that can accommodate the many uses required of a gravel bike.
Jena's 60TON monocoque carbon frame is made in 5 sizes (XS to XL) with geometries that allow a high level of comfort, without sacrificing responsiveness and performance that is close to that of the racing bikes from the House of Wilier. The head tube with a more open angle ensures ride quality and stability even on the most challenging terrain. On the other hand, the rear suspension is designed to have a pronounced response to vertical stresses, absorbing much of the vibration generated by terrain imperfections.
Jena places no limits on usability and available configurations. The clearance between frame/fork and wheels allows you to install generous tires on 28" wheels or MTB wheels with 650B diameter. With 28" wheels you can install tires up to 44 mm wide, while in the case of 650B MTB wheels you can go as wide as 48 mm, or 1.95" (tested on Vittoria tires).
Numerous mounts are available to allow you to install bottle cages, panniers and racks or mudguards. On the front fork for example you can install two water bottles or a lowrider rack for bags.
Jena is available only with a flat mount disc brake. The standard mounted rotor is 160 mm in diameter. The wheel axles are thru-axle with 12mm diameter, 100mm length on the front fork and 142mm on the rear.
Although aerodynamics in gravel is of minor importance, an aerodynamic-type downtube was developed on Jena, giving the classic truncated tail shape typical of Wilier's aerodynamic frames.
The derailleur support can be removed in the case of a single-crown groupset, a transmission now very popular among gravel enthusiasts. At any time you can choose a double or single crankset solution, not compromising the look of the bike.
