E-bikes for cycling are often used with a higher system weight, which subjects the wheel and its components to considerable stress. This can result in long-term damage to the rim and spokes. The HU 1900 SPLINE wheel was manufactured and tested with these factors in mind. Certified for a maximum system weight of 180 kg, this e-bike-specific wheel can withstand increased loads. With a thicker cross-section and engaged spokes with 2.34 mm heads, these wheels are made to last. The 370 hub complements this with the legendary 18-tooth Ratchet system. The reliability of the wheel is guaranteed by the quality of the assembly. All wheels are hand-mounted by professionally qualified wheel builders, and this ensures the same residual spoke tension in every situation.
REINFORCED RIM
Wider rim cross-section for increased rim stiffness and, thus, superior strength even under heavy loads.

2.34 mm spoke heads for greater strength even with high total system weight.
STEEL FREEWHEEL BODY
The interface between the cassette and freewheel body is optimized with special hardened steel for the higher loads that e-bikes for cycling are subjected to.
RATCHET LN
These toothed sprockets optimized for cycling e-bikes are made of hardened steel and equipped with 18 teeth for increased durability.
