Note: In case of purchasing a bicycle with tubeless wheels, the latex will be provided separately to avoid problems during transport.
This refers to the assembly and adjustment of the components in all their parts, with no possibility of customization. The bicycle will be 80% assembled, so you will need to install the wheels and handlebars.
The cost of the SMART assembly is a flat rate and not the actual hourly cost that would be charged to assemble your new bike.
This is a service that includes:
- Assembly and adjustment of the components in all their parts with the possibility of customizing the measurements of the bicycle (e.g. spacers under the handlebars, cutting the fork, and adjusting the telescopic seatpost, subject to providing the adjustment measurements at the time of order)
- Support and consultation from a dedicated in-house specialist
ONLY FOR ITALY: With the "Pronti Via" reassembly, the bike will be delivered fully assembled, only the front and rear wheels will need to be installed. For logistical reasons related to the size of the packages, this option is available only for shipments in Italy. It may be necessary for the buyer to install some components; the link for the reassembly video is available here.
FOR EUROPE AND THE WORLD: For logistical reasons, the bicycle will be 80% assembled, so you will need to install the wheels, handlebars, and rear derailleur.
The cost of DELUXE assembly is a flat rate and not the actual hourly cost that would be charged to assemble your new bike.
Our mechanics check and pre-assemble all bicycles, carefully pack all parts, especially the more delicate ones, and prepare the package for shipping.
Once you receive the box at home, all you need to do is open it and follow one of the following video tutorials based on the type of bike purchased to complete the assembly of your new bike and... start pedaling!
