Carriers used: We work with reliable international carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure fast and trackable deliveries.
Delivery times: On average, 7–15 business days, depending on product availability and final destination.
Shipping costs: The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location.
Tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the delivery status in real time.
Duties are calculated based on the total value of the purchase and the country of origin of the purchased products (e.g., Italy, Taiwan, Japan, etc.).
After customs clearance, the carrier will send you an invoice with the amount to be paid to complete the delivery.
The amount may vary depending on the type of product (complete bikes, components, accessories, clothing).
You can estimate customs duties in advance by consulting the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website or using online customs duty calculation tools.
Cycle Mattio has no control over such tariffs, but is committed to maintaining maximum transparency and providing its customers with all necessary information to best manage new customs costs.
If a package is refused or not collected due to non-payment of duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned to the sender.
In this case, the refund will be processed net of shipping costs and any return charges.
