Customs and Shipping for UK Customers

This page explains in detail how we handle shipping, taxes, and customs duties for our customers residing in Great Britain.

Shipping to Great Britain

• Carriers used: We work with reliable international carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure fast and trackable deliveries.

• Delivery times: On average 7–15 business days, depending on product availability and the final destination.

• Shipping fees: The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location.

• Tracking: After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the delivery status in real time.

Taxes and customs duties

• Duties are calculated based on the total value of the purchase and the country of production of the purchased products (e.g. Italy, Taiwan, Japan, etc.).

• After customs clearance, the carrier will send you an invoice with the amount to be paid for the completion of the delivery. You will need to pay the import VAT (20%) + customs duties set by the UK government.

• The amount may vary depending on the type of product (complete bikes, components, accessories, clothing).

Cicli Mattio has no control over such fees but is committed to maintaining maximum transparency and providing our customers with all the necessary information to better manage the new customs costs.

Returns and refusal of delivery

In the event that a package is refused or not collected due to non-payment of duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned to the sender.
In this case, the refund will be issued less shipping fees and any return costs.
