There is very little time left until the start of the 108th edition of the Giro d'Italia, the stage race that paints our beautiful peninsula pink, from north to south, from west to east.
The first stage will be in Albania, Durres – Tirana, on Friday, May 9th. The second and third stages will also take place in Albania, then the caravan and all the athletes will move definitively to Italy, specifically to the beautiful Alberobello in Puglia.
All 21 stages will cross the "boot" and the penultimate stage will arrive near our store, in Sestriere (Via Lattea).
It will be a journey of 3 weeks filled with emotions, breathless moments, epic climbs, and sprints!
3,413.3 km in total, 21 stages, an average of 162.5 km per stage, 42.3 km of time trials, 38 km of unpaved roads, 52,500 meters of elevation gain, 2 countries, and 14 Italian regions crossed by the race. The winner? We will find out on Sunday, June 1st, at the final arrival of the pink race, with the parade at the Imperial Forums in Rome.
