Bicycle under-helmets
Wearing a bicycle helmet is essential for your safety in all circumstances when you are cycling, but for maximum comfort in all seasons we also recommend wearing a good quality bicycle under-helmet. The under-helmet is indeed an article that is similar to a cap that you wear, as its name suggests, under your helmet. In winter it can offer greater protection and insulation from the cold and in summer it protects from UV rays and retains sweat and moisture.
There are different types of bike under-helmets in terms of material, design, with or without a visor, and, as mentioned above, to protect against the excessive cold during colder rides, or against the hotter sun in summer. Moreover, the best cycling under-helmets are very thin to allow you to wear them comfortably under your helmet and to avoid creating an annoying thickness. Finally, its job is also to prevent chafing and possible irritation on contact with the helmet.

Summer bicycle under-helmets
Under-helmets for cyclists put on in the summer season are intended to leave the skin moisturised and dry, so it is important to choose quality models made of a breathable fabric. It is also good that the underhelmet retains sweat to prevent it from getting on the eyes and blurring the cyclist's vision. Finally, the summer cycling helmet protects the skin from ultraviolet radiation by acting as a sun filter.
Winter bicycle under-helmets
