The Crankbrother brand was born in 1997 in Laguna Beach, California. Here, in a garage, cycling ideas and products come to life from those with a love and passion for bicycles. In 2001 the revolutionary Eggbeater pedal was launched and from there the brand's run never stopped! Today the Crankbrothers range maintains its core business in pedals, which is complemented by shoes, gear and accessories for off-road cycling.

Crankbrothers pedals
Crankbrothres is known in the MTB world in particular as a specialist in pedals: these components impress with their functionality and design. In 2001, after painstaking research and numerous prototypes, the Eggbeater pedal was born, which immediately impressed with its design: its construction offers four sides of 'entry' and thus the possibility of attachment even in the presence of a lot of mud. The pedal is also extremely light, robust and requires no special maintenance.

- Candy: versatile, light and functional, this pedal also features the possibility of attachment from 4 sides and has a slatted body for greater traction when released.
- Mallet: for those looking for secure support, this pedal features a large contact surface and additional pins.
- Stamp: for those who prefer a flat pedal, this is the perfect solution for all shoe sizes as it is offered in two different sizes.
Crankbrothers Shoes
For some years now the Crankbrothers brand has been producing cycling shoes, especially MTB shoes: a few models with a clean design but with respectable technical details!
These shoes are designed to provide the best shoe/pedal interface and offer superior control, so you can ride with confidence and security on the trails, whether you choose quick release or flat pedals.
The Crankbrothers Mallet shoe model is designed for downhill enthusiasts: the innovative Match System optimises attachment to any MTB, Crankbrothers or SPD system.
For flat pedal "fans" the most popular model is Crankbrothers Stamp: it goes anywhere, on the road or on the trails. The high friction rubber compound guarantees optimum grip and the depth of the lug absorbs the pins to ensure a secure connection to the pedal.
